Shipping & Returns:

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your Simple Satch, it's as simple (pun absolutely intended) as that. If your item comes in damaged we are more than happy to exchange or issue you a full refund on your product. Due to the nature of our sanitary products, all non-medical face masks, filters, hand sanitizers, sanitizing wipes, and entire starter kits are final sale. We can accept returns or exchanges on the belt bag when it is purchased separately. 

For all returns or exchanges, please email info@simplesatch.com with your order number and our team will work to accommodate you. Please note all returns on our belt bag must be within (14) days of delivery, in original condition, and shipped back to our warehouse. Return shipping is paid for by the customer, and we will issue a refund of original item cost. No shipping costs are refunded. 

When will I receive my order?

All other items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Once your order leaves the warehouse, how long it will take depends on the shipping method you selected during checkout.

Can I cancel an order after I’ve placed it?

Our Simple Satch team works quickly to get the goodies to our customers. With that said, orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped. If you made a mistake on your shipping address or item, please email us within 12 hours after you’ve placed your order at info@simplesatch.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!

We currently ship to all states in the USA.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes! We ship to P.O. boxes.

How much does shipping cost?

Depending on your delivery method and your location, the shipping cost will change. You will see all shipping costs upon check-out.

 

Is the Hand Sanitizer by Simple Satch refillable?

At Simple Satch, we aim to provide you with top quality, effective hand sanitizer.  Refilling product leads to a risk of cross contamination therefore we do not refill the Hand Sanitizer bottle.  In an effort to protect the environment, we recommend recycling the plastic bottle.  You can order more sanitizer on our website when you run out of product and we’ll happily ship to you!

Does your formula have an expiration date?

YES! All Hand Sanitizer and Hand Sanitizing Wipes have the expiration date included on the packaging.

Is it better to wash hands with soap and water?

Simple Satch follows CDC guidelines for handwashing. The CDC recommends washing hands with soap and water if they are visibly soiled. The CDC recommends hand sanitizers with an alcohol content greater than 60% Ethyl Alcohol 70% isopropanol unless hands are visibly soiled or greasy. When should I sanitize my hands with alcohol based hand sanitizer?

According to the CDC guidelines, opportunities for hand hygiene include:

  • Before, during, and after preparing food
  • Before eating food
  • Before and after caring for someone who is sick
  • Before and after treating a cut or wound
  • After using the toilet
  • After changing diapers or cleaning up a child who has used the toilet
  • After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
  • After touching an animal, animal feed, or animal waste
  • After handling pet food or pet treats
  • After touching garbage

Face Mask 

How should I wear a face mask?

According to the CDC, a cloth face mask should fit snugly over the sides of your face, nose and mouth secured with ear loops or ties. The face mask should be breathable.  At Simple Satch, our face mask was made for comfort and functionality with a bendable nose bridge that sits snugly around the nose. The adjustable ear loops create added comfort so you can adjust to your needs. The mask is made from 100% cotton which is very breathable.

Should I wash my face mask?

Yes, depending on how often you wear your face mask. The CDC recommends washing your face mask after each use. The Mask by Simple Satch can be hand washed in medium to high heat with soap and water and lay flat to dry completely.

Does your face mask have a filter?

Yes, our face mask comes with one filter. The filter is not reusable and not washable.  The mask has a hidden interior pocket to easily slip the filter into and out of the mask. 4-packs of filters can be purchased on Simplesatch.com.

Does wearing your mask guarantee I won’t contract COVID-19 or other illnesses?

Unfortunately, our mask does not guarantee you won’t contract viruses or bacteria. Simple Satch mask and products are designed to help keep sanitizing essentials in one convenient place. To help protect yourself from contracting COVID-19, we recommend following CDC guidelines such as practicing social distancing, hand hygiene, as well as wearing a mask. The Simple Satch starter kit provides alcohol based hand sanitizer with 62% Ethyl Alcohol that meets FDA guidelines. We do also provide non-alcoholic wipes that are antibacterial. While the wipes eliminate over 99.9% of germs, they have not been tested against COVID-19 and DO NOT have the alcohol content percentage that the CDC recommends against COVID-19. Please reference the back of each product's label for additional drug content and reference the CDC guidelines for up-to-date information.

What are the Wipes by Simple Satch?

The Wipes by Simple Satch are antibacterial hand wipes designed to conveniently wipe away dirt and germs when hand soap and water are not within reach. The active ingredient in our hand wipes is Benzalkonium Chloride 0.13%.  Benzalkonium Chloride is an antimicrobial agent used to kill bacteria on skin. This formula has been tested and effective against 99.9% of germs.

What percentage of alcohol is in your wipes?

The Wipes by Simple Satch do not contain alcohol.  The active ingredient in our wipes is Benzalkonium Chloride 0.13%.

Do The Wipes by Simple Satch protect against COVID-19?

The Wipes by Simple Satch have not been tested against COVID-19 and DO NOT have the alcohol content percentage that the CDC recommends against COVID-19. Our hand sanitizers and wipes are regulated by the FDA.

How do I ensure the wipes do not dry out once opened?

Our wipes come in a resealable pouch to hold in moisture.  In addition, the wipes are stored in the Simple Satch belt bag zippered interior pocket. The wipes come in a quantity of 15 count per pack, so that wipes are used quickly before drying out. Replacing a pack is quick and easy!
